Food arrived at requested time, food was great

40 minutes delivery took over an hour and food was cold when it did arrive

Enjoyed my meal and was impressed with the speed of the delivery

One of the best chip shop meals I’ve had in a while.

Phoned to complain as portion was meant to be chicken breast but was leg and was very small. Got nowhere with person on the end of the phone. He kept repeating they haven’t changed their chicken. We have had the same product several times and the quality is NOT the same. He hung up on me!! Marinis used to be decent quality. Won’t be ordering again

Best Fish & Chip shop and their other food is also very good

The order took 50 minutes and was cold on arrival. Very bad service. I will not order a delivery again. I should be refunded.

Chips all had heads still on them. Food arrived cold and also 40m after the estimated time.

Ordered Chicken supper and was given Chicken leg with very little meat on it.Was expecting Chicken breast for the money paid

I was disappointed…..I’ve ordered a few times now but tonight …..my chicken breast was a chicken leg and that and my fritters were cold ……it all went in the bin

Chips cold, very little fish in batter, chicken pakora dry, red pudding cheap version - will not be using again!

Delivery was over 30 minutes late and barely warm requiring to be re-heated in microwave. Might have tasted better if it arrived hot but probably not a lot.

The chips were clearly old... the white pudding was chewy... and the fish... at 9.50.. I wud expect freshly cooked... not rubber batter and hard fish inside. All four of us were extremely disappointed and feel we have wasted nearly £40. This is the second time and possibly the staff trying to use up their already cooked food... Would like a reason for this please... it is way too expensive to have sub standard food... regardless of when it was ordered.

Can't comment as they cancelled the order as they had no ingredients apparently?
